This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your advertisement booking and request a refund.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your advertisement booking, the following terms apply:
Standard Cancellation Terms
- 30+ days before display date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- 15-29 days before display date: 50% refund
- 14 days or less before display date: No refund
Premium Locations
For premium advertising locations (such as city center billboards and high-traffic digital displays), the following special terms apply:
- 60+ days before display date: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
- 30-59 days before display date: 50% refund
- 29 days or less before display date: No refund
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, you must:
- Log in to your AdSpace account
- Navigate to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Booking" button
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process

Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Design services fees
- Rush processing fees
- Special installation fees
Service Disruptions
In the event that your advertisement cannot be displayed due to circumstances within our control (such as technical failures or scheduling errors), you will be entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling of your advertisement at no additional cost, or
- A discount on future bookings equivalent to the affected period
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to display your advertisement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative solution.
Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been provided, please contact our customer service team. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to pursue dispute resolution as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
