This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how AdSpace handles the production, shipping, and installation of physical advertisement materials.

Production Timelines

After your booking is confirmed and your advertisement design is approved, our production timeline is as follows:

Standard Production

  • Billboards: 5-7 business days
  • Bus Stop Ads: 3-5 business days
  • Print Media: 7-10 business days

Rush Production

Rush production is available for an additional fee and reduces production time as follows:

  • Billboards: 2-3 business days
  • Bus Stop Ads: 1-2 business days
  • Print Media: 3-5 business days

Installation Schedule

Installation of your advertisement will be scheduled according to your booking date. Our standard installation windows are:

  • Billboards: 24-48 hours before the start date of your booking
  • Bus Stop Ads: 12-24 hours before the start date of your booking
  • Digital Displays: Uploaded and tested 24 hours before the start date of your booking

Client-Provided Materials

If you choose to provide your own printed materials:

  • Materials must be delivered to our facility at least 5 business days before your booking start date
  • Materials must meet our specifications as provided in the booking confirmation
  • AdSpace is not responsible for quality issues with client-provided materials
  • Late delivery may result in delayed installation and no extension of the booking period

Quality Control

All advertisements produced by AdSpace undergo rigorous quality control:

  • Color matching to approved proofs
  • Material durability testing
  • Installation quality inspection

If you notice any quality issues with your installed advertisement, please contact us within 48 hours of installation for resolution.

Digital File Delivery

For digital displays, your advertisement files will be:

  • Uploaded to our secure content management system
  • Tested on the actual display before your booking start date
  • Monitored throughout the booking period for any technical issues

Post-Campaign Material Handling

After your booking period ends:

  • Physical materials will be removed within 24-48 hours
  • Client-provided materials can be returned for an additional shipping fee
  • AdSpace-produced materials will be recycled unless return is requested at time of booking

Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all production and installation deadlines, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Material shortages
  • Access restrictions to installation sites
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to minimize any impact on your advertising campaign.
